Refund Policy for Auzus ELD

At Auzus ELD, we’re built to keep your fleet compliant with no excuses. Our service is a prepaid subscription, and here’s the straight deal on refunds: we don’t offer them for the service itself once a billing cycle starts—except when we mess up and it costs you a fine.


• Subscriptions: Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Once you’re billed, the service is non-refundable for that period, used or not. No partial refunds, no exceptions—unless it’s on us (see below).

• Your Responsibility: You manage your subscription. Update or cancel it via your account or email auzuseld.services@gmail.com before the next cycle hits. We don’t refund retroactively if you miss the cutoff.

• Our Guarantee: If we miss a violation due to our error—like a failure in our 24/7 monitoring—and you get fined, we’ll refund you the fine amount. That’s us owning it. Proof of the violation and fine required; contact us within 30 days of the penalty at auzuseld.services@gmail.com.
